Buy an infrared or red light belt?

Are you curious about how an Infrared lamp or Red light for the back works? Then you’ve come to the right place at Liroma. Especially for people with back pain, we have designed various back belts with infrared and red light. Our belts are lightweight, suitable for daily use, and extremely comfortable.

Thanks to the hook-and-loop fastening, you can be sure that the belt fits properly. In addition, you can also use the belts for other parts of the body, such as your shoulder, knee, calf, or thigh. Try it yourself and experience the benefits.

Back belt with infrared or red light for back pain: Buying Guide

Of course, you can opt for a standard Infrared lamp or red light therapy panel, but our belts are specially designed for the back. You can choose from two products, each with its own features.

Infrared belt: Combines heat and infrared radiation

With our Infrared Back Belt you benefit not only from infrared; it also functions as a heat belt for a relaxed, pain-free back. This product provides effective heat therapy with IR-C infrared radiation of up to 75 degrees Celsius. The infrared back belt is specially designed to:

  • relieve back and shoulder pain;
  • promote muscle relaxation;
  • stimulate blood circulation, which is beneficial for the recovery process;
  • provide relief from menstrual pain.

Red light SHIELD back belt

Our red light SHIELD back belt uses a combination of red light (630 nm & 660 nm) and near-infrared light (830 nm & 850 nm), providing optimal treatment for the lower back and shoulders. These wavelengths are effective in:

  • reducing inflammation;
  • stimulating blood circulation;
  • pain relief;
  • promoting healthy skin;
  • promoting tissue repair.

How long?

Use the back belt consistently (5–7 times per week in sessions of 10–20 minutes) for optimal results. Perfect for watching TV or reading a book. Even better: lean back comfortably and relax!

Frequently asked questions

Back bands are often used to treat back pain, muscle tension, arthritis, joint pain, and other inflammation-related conditions. They can also be useful in speeding up recovery after an injury.

We recommend using the back band for 10-15 minutes per session. It is possible to treat multiple parts of the body per day. Do this for at least 7 consecutive days.

The pulse function in red light therapy panels flashes the light on and off at a specific frequency. Research has shown that this can lead to deeper penetration, better stimulation of cell activity, less heat development, and more targeted therapy, depending on the chosen frequency. It offers additional options for a personalized treatment.

Red light therapy is generally considered safe with few side effects. Some people may experience mild skin irritation or redness at the treatment site.

In general, it can be safely used as a complement to other treatments or medications. However, it is always advisable to discuss this with a doctor or healthcare provider, especially if you have other medical conditions or are undergoing other treatments.
