Shipping & Returns
We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
- Orders placed on business days before 5:00 p.m.? Shipped the same day.
- Free shipping in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Sweden, Norway, and Denmark. Exceptions will be shown at checkout.
- Weekend order? Shipped on Monday (if in stock).

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code. Not at home? The delivery driver will try again or deliver the package to a pickup point.
Package not collected from the pickup point
When we ship your order and the delivery driver does not find you at home, the package may be taken to a nearby pickup point. If the package is not collected within the specified period and is therefore returned to us, we will resend it to you if you wish. The shipping costs for this reshipment are borne by the customer.
If you choose to cancel the order after it has been returned instead of having it resent, or if you refuse the order at the door, the shipping costs incurred previously will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
Returns (cooling-off period)
You have the right to cancel and return your order without giving a reason within 60 days of receipt.
Conditions for returns
- You may try out and assess the product, including at home. That is precisely what the 60-day trial period is for. You are only liable for any reduction in value if it results from use beyond what is necessary to assess the nature, characteristics, and operation of the product.
- Please return the product in its original packaging.
- Make sure that all included accessories, manuals, and (if applicable) gifts are also sent back.
Exceptions
- Products supplied sealed for hygienic reasons, if that seal has been broken. Our panels, infrared lamps, and back supports are not covered by this exception: you may try them out during the 60-day trial period and then return them.
Return process
- Click here to register your return in the returns portal
- Package the product securely and enter all the details correctly in the returns portal.
- Ship the package using the return label from the returns portal.
- Always keep your shipping receipt with Track & Trace until the return has been processed.
Return costs
- Return costs are €10 per package, in all countries. If you return multiple boxes, you pay €10 per box.
- This does not apply to the PrimeFORCE Max Gen5 and the PrimeFORCE Ultra Gen5. You return these at your own expense; see below.
Returning the PrimeFORCE Max Gen5 and Ultra Gen5
- These two panels are too large for the returns portal and the €10 return label. You will therefore need to arrange the return shipment yourself, at your own expense. Expect to pay around €50 if you ship the panel from the Netherlands, and around €80 from any other country.
- You can, for example, have the shipment handled by DHL Express.
- Please register your return with us in advance by emailing hello@liromaredlight.com. Package the panel securely, preferably in the original box, and send it with Track & Trace to the return address below.
- In all other respects, the same conditions apply as for all products: 60 days to try it out, and a refund as described below.
Refund
- We will refund the amount to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return. You will be notified by email.
- Can't find the amount in your bank statement? Search for "Mollie" or for the amount you are being refunded.
