Delivery & Returns

We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

- Orders on weekdays before 5:00 PM? Shipped the same day.
- Free shipping in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Sweden, Norway, Denmark. Exceptions will be shown at checkout.
- Weekend orders? Shipped on Monday (if in stock).

📍 Germany: 2-3 business days
📍 France: 2-3 business days
📍 Spain: 3-4 business days
📍 Rest of Europe: 3-7 business days
📍 Outside Europe: 5-10 business days (€39.95 per shipment)

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code. Not home? The courier will try again or deliver to a pickup point.

Not picked up at pickup point
If your order is shipped by us and the courier does not find you at home, the package may be taken to a nearby pickup point. If the package is not collected there within the specified period and is returned to us, we will resend it to you upon request. The shipping costs for this reshipment are the customer's responsibility.

If you choose to cancel the order after return instead of having it resent or refuse the order at the door, the previously incurred shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Returns (cooling-off period)
You have the right to cancel and return your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving a reason.

Conditions for returns

  • Products must be undamaged.
  • Please return in the original packaging.
  • Make sure all included accessories, manuals, and (if applicable) gifts are also sent back.

Exceptions

  • Products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons if the seal is broken (for example, skin therapy devices after use).
  • The RL600 and the RL600 standard can be returned via your own carrier. Unfortunately, we cannot handle this return process. You can purchase a label from DHL or another shipping service.

Return process

  • Click here to register your return in the return portal
  • Pack the product securely and fill in all details correctly in the return portal.
  • Send the package via a carrier of your choice.
  • Always keep your shipping receipt with Track & Trace until the return is processed.

Return costs

  • Return costs are at your own expense. These costs depend on the carrier and the country of shipment. You can expect about 8-10 euros.

Shipping RL600

  • We will contact you in advance (by phone or email) to coordinate the delivery of the RL600. If you are not present on the agreed day, shipping costs will be charged for the new delivery. Expect costs of about €50.

Refund

  • Once we have received and checked your return, you will be notified within 10 business days.
  • The refund will be processed within 7 days after approval to your original payment method.
  • Can't find the amount in your bank statement? Then search for "Mollie" or the amount you should receive back.
