At Liroma, we believe that quality is not just something you promise, but something you dare to guarantee. That is why we offer clear and reliable warranty terms for all our products.

The Liroma PrimeForce panels are developed as a premium range for intensive, long-term use. To emphasize this quality and reliability, we offer a 3-year warranty on all PrimeForce panels. All our other products are covered by a 2-year warranty.

This warranty covers electronic and mechanical defects.

During the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product free of charge, provided that the defect was not caused by:

• improper use or handling
• negligence
• normal wear and tear
• accidental damage
• modifications or adjustments made by the buyer

With our warranty, we primarily want to make one thing clear:

Product warranty procedure

Would you like to claim the product warranty? Then follow the steps below:

1. Contact us

You can contact us by email at info@liroma.nl about your complaint. German customers can reach us at kontakt@liroma.de

If possible, include photos or videos showing the defect.

Also include a copy of the proof of purchase (invoice), or state your order number.

2. Shipping the product

We will send you our response by email. Sometimes we can offer a solution immediately, but usually we will ask you to return the complete product to us.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the complaint was already present upon receipt of the product. In that case, we will reimburse the shipping costs (DPD standard rate).

3. Investigation and solution

After receiving it, we will send you a confirmation by email. We will then carefully investigate your complaint.

You will receive the results of the investigation, including the solution (repair or replacement), no later than two weeks after we receive the returned product.

Of course, we will do our best to handle this process as quickly as possible.
