All Liroma products have a 2-year warranty against electronic and mechanical defects.
During the warranty period, Liroma will repair or replace the product free of charge, provided the defect was not caused by misuse or improper handling, neglect, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or modifications made by the purchaser.

Product warranty step-by-step plan

If you wish to make a claim under the product warranty, we have drawn up the following step-by-step plan:

1. Please inform us of your complaint by email ( info@liroma.nl ). If possible, please include photos/videos showing any defects.
Please also include a copy of your proof of purchase (invoice) or tell us your order number.

2. We will send you an email with our response. Sometimes this will already include a solution, but usually we ask you to send the complete product to our postal address. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the complaint arises immediately upon receipt of the product. In that case, you will be reimbursed for the shipping costs (standard PostNL rate).

3. You will receive an email confirmation of receipt, and we will investigate your complaint. You will receive the results of this investigation (repair or replacement) no later than two weeks after receiving your returned product. Naturally, we will do our best to keep this period as short as possible.
