Eight wavelengths, intelligently applied to each product
Red light stays close to the surface, while near-infrared penetrates deeper. Our panels cover both with eight wavelengths, and for each product we determine which part of that spectrum it includes.
Certificates
Why "own CE" is not the same as "CE"
Almost every red light panel bears a CE mark. The difference lies in whose name appears underneath it. With most brands, that is the supplier in Asia: they had it tested, and the brand on the box buys it in.
With Liroma, the certificate is issued in the name of Liroma, Nieuwgraaf 52B, Duiven. We are the manufacturer within the meaning of the directive, and therefore the party responsible for what is inside the box.
Independently tested
No promise, but a report
The PrimeFORCE Elite G5-300 was measured on 15 October 2026 by LightLab International in Allentown (USA), a laboratory accredited under NVLAP (ISO/IEC 17025). Report number LLIA003091-001, 481 measuring points across the entire treatment area.
- 66.6 mW/cm² at the centre at 15 cm (spectroradiometer)
- 49.7 mW/cm² on average across the entire area, 87% of the area above 20 mW/cm²
- all eight wavelengths within 7 nm of the stated value
The same panel shows 207 mW/cm² on a solar meter. That is why we always state the measuring device. The Compact and Advanced have been at LightLab since 29 October; the other models will follow.

We are on the line ourselves
Most brands buy in a panel and put their logo on it. We fly to the factory where our panels are built, stand at the assembly table, and bring the first units back with us to measure them.

Which LEDs go inside, how they are soldered, and how the housing is closed. Not on a spec sheet, but with your own eyes.

Before anything is ordered. Anything that falls out there will not go into production.
We measure again in Duiven
Back in Duiven, every wavelength passes through a calibrated meter. We publish these measurements together with the CE certificates issued in Liroma's name.
