3. Ordering without a customer account
In our webshop, you can only order without a customer account.

4. What data do we process when you place an order?
When you place an order, we only process data necessary to correctly fulfill your order.
We process your name, address, city, billing address if different, delivery address if different, phone number, and email address.
We use your email address to confirm your order, keep you informed about the delivery, and contact you when necessary.
5. Payments via Mollie
We use Mollie for payments.
Mollie handles secure payment transactions based on your personal and order details. During the payment process, you can enter additional payment information, such as your bank account number.
6. Delivery via DPD PostNL and DHL
For order delivery, we cooperate with DPD, PostNL, and DHL.
These delivery services only receive the data necessary to deliver your order. Your data is not used for other purposes.
7. Newsletter
We offer visitors the option to voluntarily subscribe to our newsletter.
Registration can be done via the form at the bottom of the website. After signing up, you immediately receive a discount of 20 euros.
When you sign up, we use your email address solely to inform you about offers, promotions, product news, and updates.
You only receive the newsletter if you have given your consent.
You can easily unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every newsletter.
The legal basis for this processing is your consent according to Article 6(1) of the GDPR.
8. Warranty
When you claim a warranty, we may forward your request to the relevant supplier or manufacturer.
We only share relevant order data. Communication always remains through Liroma.
9. Who has limited access to your data?
For our webshop, we use external parties such as a hosting provider and our accountant.
Processor agreements have been made with these parties to protect your data.
10. Security
We take appropriate measures to prevent misuse and unauthorized access to personal data.
We use SSL encryption so that all information between you and our website is transmitted securely.
Payment data is securely processed via Mollie.
11. How long do we keep your data?
Cookie data is stored for a maximum of 26 months.
Order and invoice data are stored for a maximum of 10 years.
In addition, there is a tax retention obligation of 7 years for payment data.
