Liroma Privacy Statement
We consider your privacy very important. That is why we place great value on protecting your personal data.

The key message in this privacy statement is that we never sell your personal data to third parties. Your data is shared only with partners necessary to process your order, payment and warranty.

2. Your visit to our website
We use cookies to ensure that our webshop functions properly.
Functional cookies are necessary for the webshop to work properly. For example, these cookies remember what you have placed in your shopping cart.
We also use analytical cookies via Google Analytics. These allow us to measure the use of our webshop and create statistical reports to improve the website.
When collecting this data, IP addresses are anonymized. The data is retained for a maximum of 26 months. We do not use marketing cookies or tracking cookies.
Because we do not use tracking cookies, we do not display a cookie banner.
3. Ordering without a customer account
You can only place orders in our webshop without a customer account.
We do not store permanent customer profiles. Your data is used only to process your order correctly and comply with legal obligations, such as record-keeping and warranty requirements.
4. What data do we process when you place an order?
When you place an order, we process only the data required to process your order correctly.
We process your name, address, city, billing address if different, delivery address if different, telephone number and email address.
We use your email address to confirm your order, keep you informed about delivery and contact you when necessary.
5. Payments via Mollie
We use Mollie for payments.
Mollie processes secure payment transactions based on your personal and order details. During the payment process, you may enter additional payment information, such as your bank account number.
6. Delivery via DPD, PostNL and DHL
For order deliveries, we work with DPD, PostNL, and DHL.
These delivery services receive only the information necessary to deliver your order. Your data is not used for any other purposes.
7. Newsletter
We give visitors the option to voluntarily subscribe to our newsletter.
You can subscribe using the form at the bottom of the website. After subscribing, you will immediately receive a €20 discount.
When you subscribe, we use your email address solely to inform you about offers, promotions, product news, and updates.
You will only receive the newsletter if you give your consent.
You can easily unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every newsletter.
The legal basis for this processing is your consent pursuant to Article 6(1) of the GDPR.
8. Warranty
When you make a warranty claim, we may forward your request to the relevant supplier or manufacturer.
We only share relevant order details with them. Communication always remains through Liroma.
9. Who has limited access to your data?
For our online store, we use external parties, such as a hosting provider and our accountant.
We have concluded data processing agreements with these parties to protect your data.
10. Security
We take appropriate measures to prevent misuse of and unauthorized access to personal data.
We use SSL encryption to ensure that all information sent between you and our website is transmitted securely.
Payment details are processed securely via Mollie.
11. How long do we retain your data?
Cookie data is retained for a maximum of 26 months.
We retain order and billing details for a maximum of 10 years.
In addition, payment details must be retained for 7 years for tax purposes.

You always have the right to access your data, have it corrected, have it deleted where legally permitted, and object to its processing.
