Delivery

We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible.

We try to ship orders placed before 5:00 PM on workdays the same day. However, we are not always successful in achieving this.

Delivery is €5.50 for all items within the Netherlands and Belgium under 100 euros. If you place an order above 100 euros, this is free. Delivery is via PostNL parcel delivery.

Do you place an order during the weekend and the product is in stock? We will then ship this on Monday.

In general, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. If this is not the case, we will indicate this on the product page

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with a Track & Trace code, with which you can track the shipment

Delivery of defective product

You have received your order and you immediately discover that the product is damaged and/or does not function properly and/or has not been delivered complete. We call this “delivery of defective product” and in our opinion it requires a quick solution.

The easiest thing to do is to contact us by telephone. Sometimes we can fix the defect immediately.

If that is not possible, we ask you to return the product. We will then send you a return label so that you can return the product. After receiving the returned product, we will ship a new product.

Returns (cooling off period)

You have the right to cancel the order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then be credited with the full order amount. Only the costs for returning from your home to the online store are for your own account. These costs amount to approximately €7.25 per package, consult the PostNL website for the exact rates.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to sell the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.

To exercise this right, we ask you to complete the Returns Form and return the product. Send the returns form with the order. We will refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering the return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
