Reduced fertility, lower sex drive, decreased muscle mass, and hair loss?
All of these can indicate low testosterone levels. But what can you do to increase your testosterone levels? Read here how infrared light can help you!
Maybe you have already looked into ways to boost your testosterone, but you might not have heard about the effects of infrared light, even though a lot of research has been done on this in recent years... with surprising results! Infrared therapy can naturally increase testosterone levels.

How?
Regular treatments of infrared light directly on the testicles will, in most cases, increase testosterone levels. Studies have shown that increased exposure to natural light on the testicles improves sperm count and sperm motility. Motility is the key measure of fertility. As a result, many researchers conclude that light therapy can have a significant effect on treating male infertility.
Disadvantages of low testosterone levels
We all know that women experience hormonal changes. Much less known is that men go through this as well. The male hormone testosterone plays an important role in many body functions. When hormone production changes, symptoms can occur, such as:
- Lower sex drive
- Reduced fertility
- Feeling unwell
- Hair loss
- Decreased muscle mass
- Erectile dysfunction
Important
No one wants to risk their sexual health with unproven infrared light treatments to increase testosterone. Some men have reported negative effects after light therapy. These negative effects come from products with wavelengths that are too long and emit too much heat. Our infrared lamps 506 and 507 are therefore not suitable! The LED lamps in our range have the correct light wavelength. Additionally, the light comes from an LED source, so no heat is emitted. The LED lamps have a wavelength of 630 - 850 nm. Do not use the lamp for longer than 20 minutes.
