Shipping policy

We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Delivery times 

Orders placed before 5:00 PM on workdays are usually shipped the same day. However, in some cases, we may not be able to meet this deadline.

Orders placed over the weekend, if the product is in stock, will be shipped on Monday.

Standard delivery time is 1 working day, with deliveries taking place between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. If a longer delivery time applies, this will be indicated on the product page.

Shipping costs 

For orders under €100 within the Netherlands and Belgium, shipping costs €5.50.

For orders over €100, shipping is free.

Deliveries are handled via PostNL parcel service.

Tracking your order 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a Track & Trace code, allowing you to track your shipment.
