How long does a session take?

How long does a session take?
The whole body in 15 to 20 minutes. The time per zone stays the same, but you do all zones at once.
How do you set it up?
The Advanced, Elite, Multi and Ultra already come with a rolling floor stand and a hanging system in the box. If you want to treat lying down, you choose a horizontal stand.

Is a bigger panel always better?
No. A bigger panel treats more zones at once, so you are done faster. If your complaint sits in one place, a small panel does exactly the same there. The intensity at 15 cm is close together for the Compact, Advanced, Elite and Multi, between 204 and 207 mW/cm². Only the Ultra is lower, at 179, because the light is spread across a much larger area.
What if I have several complaints?
Then the treatment area matters more than anything else. With a small panel you treat zone by zone, so your session time grows with every complaint you add. From the Elite onwards you do your whole back in one go; with a whole-body panel you do all zones at once.
Can I expand to a larger treatment area later?
The Advanced and the Elite can be coupled together with a mounting bracket to form one larger area. That bracket cannot be ordered separately at the moment; call or email us if you are considering this and we will look at what makes most sense in your case.
How long does a session take?
Ten to fifteen minutes per zone, at a distance of 30 to 50 cm. Longer than twenty minutes usually adds nothing, because your cells can only absorb a limited amount of light per session. Three to five times a week works better than an occasional long session.
What distance should I keep?
30 to 50 cm. The light comes out at an angle of 30 degrees: closer is more intense over a smaller area, further away spreads it across a larger one.
I am not looking for a panel, but a mask or an infrared lamp
This page is about the PrimeFORCE panels, which you choose based on how large the area is that you treat. For your face we have the GLOW LED mask, and for local warmth the infrared lamps. Those work differently, so you choose them on other things.
