As a company, we want to have a positive impact on our planet. We believe in the power of collaboration for a sustainable future. We are constantly thinking about how we can contribute to a better world and operate as sustainably as possible.
Trees For All
We are proud to announce that Liroma has joined Trees For All, a Dutch non-profit organization committed to planting trees, preserving forests, and supporting climate compensation. They do this not only in the Netherlands, but all over the world! At Liroma, we believe that sustainability and responsible business practices are important. Joining this fantastic organization was therefore a logical step for us.
What do we do?
As part of our partnership with Trees For All, we participate in the “plant a tree” initiative. Through this initiative, we plant trees together with our customers and partners for a greener and healthier planet. To make this possible, we donate €1,000 annually to Trees For All.
For every order we receive, we donate an additional €5 to Trees For All. This €5 is used to plant an additional tree.
Why plant trees?
Trees play a crucial role. They absorb CO2, purify the air, provide shelter for countless species, regulate our climate, and improve our quality of life. Planting trees is our key to a sustainable future and a healthier world for generations to come.
Why Trees For All?
Not only are we pleased to support the mission of Trees For All, but there are also other reasons why we chose this organization. Trees For All is recognized by the Central Bureau of Fundraising (CBF), which monitors charities and their financial transparency and assesses their integrity. Trees For All also has ANBI status, meaning that Dutch donors can deduct their donations from their taxes. This makes donating more attractive and contributes to larger projects and a greater impact on improving our planet. Their ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications demonstrate that they have high-quality quality and environmental management systems. In addition, they work with leading partners in the environmental sector and have launched numerous successful projects, such as reforestation programs, climate forests, and biodiversity initiatives.
